HOW IT WORKS

Expert speakers in the area of education of children who are deaf/hard of hearing have recorded presentations to help YOU help children with hearing loss succeed in school and life. 

Individual purchasers:

  1. Review our Library of Courses; prices vary based on the length of each course

  2. Sign up and/or Login. We suggest using your Teacher Tools Takeout account login credentials when signing up to keep logging in simple between Supporting Success Courses and Teacher Tools Takeout.

  3. Select the course you would like to view and purchase

  4. Once purchased you will have 365 days from date of purchase to view your course. View as many times as you like!

  5. Once completed, pass the brief quiz and then download your Certificate(s) of Completion

  6. Purchase another course!

HOW IT WORKS for Group Purchasers

Expert speakers in the area of education of children who are deaf/hard of hearing have recorded presentations to help YOU help children with hearing loss succeed in school and life. 

To receive discounts for groups of 6+ people please submit a purchase order to [email protected] or fax it to 480-393-4331. 

  • Review our Library of Courses; prices vary based on the length of each course Identify the course(s) you want your group to view and specify the titles on your purchase order.

  • All groups of 6-9 people must view the same titles to be eligible for the discount.
    For groups of 10+ different titles can be identified for subgroups of 5 or more at the larger group rate. For example: A school district could complete a purchase order for 15 learners using the group rate for 11-15 learners. This per person rate can be applied with 3 groups of 5 each watching different titles. Or 5 could view one title and 10 could view a second title.

  • On the purchase order specify the first/last names and email address of each person who will be viewing the courses.

  • If applicable, for groups of 10 or more associate which learner will be viewing which course title.

  • Your group account will be set up manually. This process may take up to 7 days. Each course viewer will receive an email stating that their course is now ready to view and the temporary password provided. Their email address will serve as their username to sign in to the courses website. They will need to change to a personally unique password.  

  •  Members login to the Login Page and sign in. They will then be able to see their course(s) and can begin to view it at will. Access to courses stops one year after purchase (365 days).

  •  Once completed, each individual must pass the brief quiz to be able to download their Certificate(s) of Completion
